Terms of Sale
Effective 23 September 2026. Last updated 23 September 2026.
These are the terms that apply when you buy a Flosser Wand. They cover ordering, shipping, returns, and what happens if something goes wrong. Written in plain language, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.
The short version
- Orders ship within one business day. If that ever slips, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
- You have 30 days from delivery to return a wand for a refund of the purchase price.
- Batch 001 is finished by hand, so the finish varies slightly between wands. That is cosmetic and disclosed before you buy.
- Disputes go to arbitration, and you can opt out of that within 30 days.
- Nothing here limits our responsibility for personal injury. It cannot, and we would not try.
01Who you are buying from
Flosser Wand is a product of Latest Wheel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Latest Wheel LLC. "You" means the person placing the order.

02These terms
These terms apply to every purchase from flosserwand.com. Placing an order means you accept them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your information.
Payment is handled by Stripe, and Stripe's own terms govern the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number.
03Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on where the order is delivered.
We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. We try hard to describe and photograph the product accurately. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than hold you to it.
Stock is limited and genuinely finite. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will contact you and refund in full.
04Batch 001
Batch 001 wands are finished by hand, and the finish varies slightly from one wand to the next. This is disclosed on the product page with a close-up photograph, because we would rather you saw it before buying than after.
That variation is cosmetic. Every wand in the batch was inspected individually before shipping. If something feels sharp rather than merely looking different, stop using it and email us.
05Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, not when you click pay. Until then we may decline an order and refund you in full, which we would only do for a genuine reason such as a pricing error, stock we no longer have, or an address we cannot ship to.
Discount and reservation codes are single use, tied to the person they were issued to, and have no cash value.
06Shipping
Orders ship within one business day. Your holder is printed in your color the day you order. You will get tracking by email when your order ships.
If we cannot ship within that time, we will email you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full and prompt refund. You do not have to do anything to preserve that right. It is yours automatically.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will sort it out.
We currently ship within the United States only.
07Returns and cancellation
Before it ships
Cancel any time before your order ships and we refund you in full, including shipping.
After delivery
You have 30 days from delivery to return a wand. Email us and we will send return instructions. Once it arrives back, we refund the purchase price.
- Return shipping is yours to pay, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it
- The original shipping charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return
- For hygiene reasons, opened floss spools cannot be returned. The wand itself can be
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within a few business days of the return arriving.
08Warranties
We do not offer a separate written warranty. What you get instead is the 30-day return window above, and a standing invitation to email us if something is not right.
This does not take away any rights the law gives you. Consumers have rights under state law, including implied warranties, that we are not permitted to disclaim and are not trying to. Nothing in these terms limits them.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
This section does not, and is not intended to, limit our responsibility for:
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud or intentional misrepresentation
- Anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded
California law voids attempts to contract out of responsibility for injury, and we are not attempting to. If any part of this section were held unenforceable, the rest still stands.
10Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Talk to us first
Most problems are solved by an email. Before starting any formal process, please contact us and give us 30 days to put it right.
Arbitration
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable or declines to administer the case, it will be administered by JAMS under its consumer arbitration rules. If neither is available, we will agree on an administrator, and failing that a court may appoint one.
The arbitration will be held in the county where you live, or by phone or video if you prefer. The arbitrator decides the dispute, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
We pay the cost of arbitrating. Beyond the consumer filing fee set by the administrator's rules, we cover the administrator's fees and the arbitrator's fees for any claim you bring.
Claims are brought individually. You and we each waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action.
Two things you keep
- Small claims court. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
- A 30-day opt out. You may reject this arbitration section by emailing chris@flosserwand.com within 30 days of your first order, with your name and order number. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your order.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
