After years of successfully talking myself out of flossing after a hard day or a late night, I realized it wasn't the flossing I was avoiding. It was the effort. When I was depleted, the barrier was just too high.

The wand holds one end of your floss. You hold the other end on one finger. You floss with the span between them, aiming it with the wand instead of your fingertips.
Drop your own floss on the holder and thread it through the eye. It takes about twenty seconds, and you only do it when a spool runs out.
The same tension you get wrapping floss around your fingers, with one finger instead of two. Reach the back teeth without putting both hands in your mouth.

The first production run came back from the machine shop needing work. Rather than wait months for another, I finished this batch myself: every wand smoothed, inspected and polished by hand before it goes in a box.
